These terms apply to purchases made through byilha.com. By placing an order, you confirm that you are legally able to enter into a contract and that the information you provide is accurate. ILHA operates from Portugal and may be contacted at ilhatallow@gmail.com.

We aim to present products, ingredients, colours, dimensions and packaging as accurately as possible. Natural products and screen settings may result in minor variations. All products are subject to availability, and we may limit quantities or discontinue an item.

Prices are shown in the currency displayed on the website and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Delivery charges are shown before checkout is completed. An order is accepted when we send confirmation that it has been processed. We may cancel or refuse an order in the event of a pricing error, suspected fraud, payment failure or lack of stock, and will refund any amount already paid.

Available delivery methods, estimated timings and charges are presented at checkout. Estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control. Responsibility for the products passes to you when the order is delivered to the address provided.

Consumers in the European Union generally have a statutory right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days of receiving it, subject to legal exceptions. For hygiene and food-safety reasons, this right may not apply to sealed products once opened or to products that deteriorate rapidly. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Contact us before returning an item so we can provide the correct instructions.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ILHA is not responsible for indirect losses or for disruption caused by events beyond our reasonable control. Website content, branding, photographs and designs belong to ILHA or their respective rights holders and may not be reproduced without permission.

These terms are governed by Portuguese law, without affecting mandatory consumer protections that apply in your country of residence. We may update these terms from time to time. The version available when you place an order applies to that purchase.
