What is beef tallow?
Beef tallow is rendered beef fat traditionally used for frying, roasting, searing and baking.
Where does ILHA’s South African tallow come from?
It is sourced from grass-fed cattle raised in the grasslands and valleys of the KwaZulu-Natal Midlands.
What is in ILHA Pure Beef Tallow?
One ingredient: 100% pure beef kidney fat, slowly rendered and filtered.
How should I use it?
Use it for frying, roasting, searing, baking and grilling.
How should I store it?
Keep the jar sealed in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
When will my pre-order be dispatched?
The expected dispatch date is shown on the product page and in your order confirmation. If anything changes, we will let you know by email.
What is the difference between Pay now and Pay later?
Pay now secures your pre-order with full payment at checkout. Pay later sends us a request without payment; we contact you to confirm availability and payment, and it does not reserve stock until paid.
Can I cancel a pre-order?
Yes. You can cancel a paid pre-order at any time before it is dispatched for a full refund. Email ilhatallow@gmail.com with your order number.
