These terms apply to purchases made by customers in South Africa through the ILHA South Africa pages of byilha.com. By placing an order or a pre-order request, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or have a guardian's consent), that you can enter into a contract, and that the information you provide is accurate. We aim to describe our products, ingredients, sizes and packaging accurately. Natural products and screen settings may cause minor variations. All products are subject to availability, and we may limit quantities or discontinue an item.

Some products are offered on pre-order. The expected dispatch date is shown on the product page and is an estimate, not a guarantee. If dispatch is delayed, we will let you know and you may cancel for a full refund.

Pay now: you pay in full at checkout. You may cancel a paid pre-order at any time before it is dispatched and we will refund the full amount.

Pay later: a pay-later request is not an order and does not reserve stock. We will contact you to confirm availability, price and payment. A contract is only formed once you have paid and we have confirmed your order.

Prices are shown in South African rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable. Delivery charges are shown before you complete checkout. An order is accepted when we send confirmation that it has been processed. We may cancel an order in the event of a clear pricing error, suspected fraud, payment failure or lack of stock, and will refund any amount already paid.

We deliver within South Africa. Delivery methods, estimated timings and charges are shown at checkout. Estimates may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control. Risk in the products passes to you when they are delivered to the address you provide.

Where the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act applies, you may cancel an online purchase without reason within 7 days of receiving the goods, subject to the exceptions in that Act, which can include foodstuffs for everyday consumption. For hygiene and food-safety reasons we cannot accept returns of opened food products unless they are defective.

Under the Consumer Protection Act, if a product is defective, unsafe or not as described, you may return it within six months of delivery for a repair, replacement or refund.

Please contact ilhatallow@gmail.com before returning anything so we can give you the correct instructions. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under South African law.

Use products according to their label and intended purpose. To the extent permitted by law, ILHA is not responsible for indirect losses or for disruption caused by events beyond our reasonable control. Website content, branding, photographs and designs belong to ILHA or their respective rights holders and may not be reproduced without permission.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. We may update these terms from time to time. The version available when you place an order applies to that purchase.
